If you are  unhappy with your order for any reason, please send us an email stmfoods2008@gmail.com or message on whatsup number- 9810367751 within a hr of order placed . Let us know why you are unhappy. We’ll try to give replacement/refund with in 10-15 working days. - .Please note the following about our returns and refund policy:

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 10-15 working days from the date on which STM Foods Pvt Ltd receives refund request with 1 hr of order placed. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Purchase orders. The cheque will be made in favour of the "Billing Name" you used when placing the order. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.

Returns policy
STM Foods Pvt. Ltd. follows no return policy due to the perishable nature of our food products. We will replace those items only which shown bacterial growth in the packet or puffed.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled and refunded after the receiving of your request by email or whatsup message within the 1 hr of order placed Please email us at stmfoods2008@gmail.com with any questions or needed support

Damage Policy
STM Foods Pvt Ltd will not be responsible of damaging the products during transportation and customer will not be eligible to ask for any refund or replacement the materials from the company & transporter.
